Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun or a strategy has been implemented. However, we consider refund requests under certain conditions.

3. Eligibility for Refund

The service has not yet started.

You have cancelled the service within 12 hours of payment and before any work has been done.

There is no response or delivery from our team within 7 working days of payment without any valid explanation or communication.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Work has already started or partial work has been delivered.

You change your mind after strategy or ad setup is completed.

Delay caused by your lack of communication, missing approvals, or required inputs.
